I sumised from its website that the product I wanted had been discontinued. So, I was not expecting miracles from Bridge Japan when I made my request. I was wrong, the staff were fantastic and managed to track down quite a few products for me. The entire process was efficient and the online interaction very helpful. I highly recommend giving BJ a try, I am sure you will not be disappointed. I know I'll be using BJ again soon!

Bridge.jpn offers unbelievably fantastic, customer-oriented service!! A couple of friends and I were /very/ late in deciding to purchase Ghibli tickets to visit the museum during Japan's peak visiting season in December. I wasn't at all expecting to get the tickets since they were completely sold out.
