I've tried many different Japanese proxy services, but Bridge.jpn is definitely the best of all. I purchased 3 concert tickets, and I was really pleased with their quick responses and clear explanations. Highly recommended!!

Professional, responsive and most of all assuring. I bought Ghibli Museum tickets via this website and the guys here were extremely helpful. Initially we missed out all tickets from JTB and these guys pulled through with OPTIONS on days and times we could go.

100% will recommend to friends and use again when I travel.

I'm going to Tokyo for two weeks and I wanted to see New Japan Pro Wrestling Wrestle Kingdom 10. Knowing that the event would sell pretty fast I needed to get the ticket I wanted pretty close to the release date (which was a Sunday at 10am).

Bridge Japan went above and beyond by sending someone at the konbini to buy the ticket at the time it was going on sale. Needless to say, I have my ticket and would not hesitate again to use their service.

I needed an item (a wallet) from a site that didn't ship outside of japan or have an english website. Thank goodness for Bridge.jpn! They placed the order for me, handled shipping and sent it to me for a low fee. They kept me informed every step of the way.
