Was looking for a service to assist with purchasing an item not available online. Bridge was easy to communicate with, quick to respond over email, and very professional and clear about next steps to take through the entire process. It was very smooth and well-run. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Service - Will be using again

It's my first time using Bridge.jpn after reading some recommendations online, and I was not disappointed!
I wanted to buy event tickets online, however, the website only accommodates Japan issued credit cards or convenience store payments. Therefore, after much research, I asked help from Bridge.jpn.
Their service is very professional and quick to take action. I sent in my inquiry and received a reply within the day, with instructions on how to purchase my ticket. The next day, I proceeded and followed their instructions, and with just a couple of email exchanges regarding payment, quotation & invoice, and details confirmation, they were able to purchase my ticket within the day. They also send a breakdown of their quotation for transparency, as well as the payment receipt (to the event website) as proof. I was initially anxious about the process because the ticket purchasing had a tight deadline, so I am extremely glad that we were able to settle everything in just one day.
I will definitely recommend this service to others.

Reliable and Fast

It's my first time purchasing an online live stream concert ticket from a proxy website and I do have my doubts at the start but they give prompt replies regarding my questions and have displayed very good service. First things first, I AM A REAL CUSTOMER FROM CALIFORNIA! I paid using my own money and was not sponsored in the least. This is my 100% honest review of Bridge’s service. I was a bit wary using Bridge at first because they aren’t as popular as other proxies like Buyee, Zenmarket, etc, but I decided to give them a try because I needed an online ticket for a livestream event which other proxies can’t buy. I contacted Bridge and they always gave me very prompt replies. I chose to go with them because they were cheaper than other services available. Everything went smoothly and they do transactions through PayPal so you don’t have to worry about getting scammed. For my case I also bought a shirt to go with my online ticket and they shipped it to me in perfect condition using EMS. I definitely will use this service again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone!

Extremely efficient & helpful service

Having never used a service like this before, I was a little hesitant about making an order through Bridge.jpn, but I needn't have worried. They were quick to reply and made it all very easy.
They are extremely knowledgable about shipping to different countries and it felt like a very personal service with them making helpful suggestions about my order along the way. Their fees are surprisingly reasonable, too!
Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I've used this service twice now, both times to buy merchandise for an idol group. Each time the communication from the Bridge staff was excellent and I never felt like there was an issue. If I had questions everything was answered. I've even ordered pre-order merchandise from them months in advance. I've recommended this service to a lot of my friends as well! One feedback that Bridge.jpn could look into - it would let the customers feel better if there is a name under the sign off. There were many emails exchanges between Bridge.jpn and myself but there is no name i can attention my email to, which feels a little less personal touch.
