It was my first time trying to purchase a concert ticket from Japan and thank god i managed to find this site! They are very nice, very helpful, and overall very easy to communicate with! They helped me with everything, answered all my questions, ticket arrived within 3 days to my country, very fast, they replied to all my messages and questions, overall it was a pleasure to use their service!

It is very difficult getting concert tickets in Japan when you are not a local and not in the country. I really wanted to get a concert ticket to see my favorite Japanese idol but was not in the country yet, went searching for an agent to get the tickets and got some very expensive quote, but then luckily found Bridge.Jpn who gave a reasonable quote.

It was all easy as a breeze! I just explained what I need, and the staff at Bridge.jpn went ahead with their full force and creativity to accomplish what I asked them to do.
