I found their service to be incredibly helpful, as they made getting concert tickets in advance so stress-free (and possible at all, really). Plenty of e-mails throughout the process to keep me informed, and everything from getting a quote to receiving the tickets in the mail was complication-free and quick.

They have a straightforward ordering system and were quick in their communications. They were able to secure the tickets I was after quickly after payment was made and provided advice on the concert entry process alongside. Bridge also took great care to ensure I knew of any risk involved with certain tickets such as ID checks before making the purchase.

When trying to buy ghibly tickets I had some changes to my needs which created some confusion around the order. Bridge were helpful and patient with me in working through these issues and went the extra mile to wait for tickets to become avaliable.

Highly recommended. I wanted tickets for some rock shows (at venues such as Liquidroom in Tokyo and Fandango in Osaka). Bridge responded promptly with clear communication and reasonable service fees. After agreeing to the quote, they sent an invoice which I paid using PayPal. They sent an email with photos showing the tickets they had purchased. They mailed the tickets to my hotel a few days before I arrived. Thank you Bridge.
