I am very pleased with the quality of service I received here! The process was well-explained, customer support contact was always prompt and friendly, the service fees were reasonable, and my tickets came quickly! I know I’ll be using them again in the future and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and fellow fans!

I could not reccomend bridge enough to people looking to buy jp concert/ghibly tickets!

They have a straightforward ordering system and were quick in their communications. They were able to secure the tickets I was after quickly after payment was made and provided advice on the concert entry process alongside. Bridge also took great care to ensure I knew of any risk involved with certain tickets such as ID checks before making the purchase.

When trying to buy ghibly tickets I had some changes to my needs which created some confusion around the order. Bridge were helpful and patient with me in working through these issues and went the extra mile to wait for tickets to become avaliable.

Highly recommended. I wanted tickets for some rock shows (at venues such as Liquidroom in Tokyo and Fandango in Osaka). Bridge responded promptly with clear communication and reasonable service fees. After agreeing to the quote, they sent an invoice which I paid using PayPal. They sent an email with photos showing the tickets they had purchased. They mailed the tickets to my hotel a few days before I arrived. Thank you Bridge.

Incredible Service, prompt response to emails. Clear explanation how the process works. We are thrilled they got us Ghibli Museum tickets that are super hard. Our five star hotel concierge could not help us. And the price was considerably cheaper than other site. I love them.
