FANTASTIC SERVICE

After several attempts to book tickets for a music event I was very close to giving up when I stumbled across Bridge Japan. They were fast in replying to my queries and super helpful in suggesting which tickets to buy for my children. the whole process was seamless. We had no issues printing out tickets at Lawsons once in Japan. We had a great time at the concert and would highly recommend Bridge Japan to others for their amazing service.

Bridge Japan made our dream come true. They helped us buy two tickets to the Northlane concert in Tokyo; these tickets were not on public sale for foreigners. We dreamed about this concert for many years, flew to Tokyo just for it. Everything went more than successfully. Everyone suggested, explained, and were very polite. We are eternally grateful!

Quality Service at a Great Price

For our Japan trip last year we were looking to buy concert (festival) tickets. These were only available through ePlus, and it is somewhat infeasible to purchase these outside of Japan, and using a proxy was necessary.
Most proxies require upfront payment (understandably so), and the tickets were quite expensive. We asked several proxies for a quote (and some questions about the process), and found Bridge.jpn to have by far the best service: all communication was clear and swift, and they repeatedly took the time to answer our questions. This greatly helped put our minds at ease (not unimportant, since the is hardly any protection on these types of transactions in general). This all while the "Agent Fees" were competative to alternative proxies. We also note here the stark contrast to some other proxies that either rejected any request with questions, or had a limit on the questions.
We opted to have the tickets mailed to an hotel. Even though we were only staying there for 2 days, the mail arrived perfectly on time. Nice job on the logistics of that! Great customer support made another appearance in the form of a mail, asking if the tickets were received in good order.
The tickets were in good condition and were valid.

All-in-all, we can best summarize that using Bridge.jpn is a bit like having a Japanese friend who will help your trip go smoothly.

Excellent service

Thanks to them, I was finally able to attend a Galileo Galilei concert. What made me especially grateful is that they took the time to work on a weekend to ensure that I can enter the ticket lottery at the earliest time possible, enabling me to get the seat I wanted. The ticket pickup method was very convenient and hassle-free. Will definitely use this service again in the future.
