Perfect service and staff

What I more can I say that the other review told? If you're looking for a serious company for buying your tickets concert or tickets museum (Ghibli), don't look further and choose Bridge.jpn. From the payment to the receipt at my hostel the expected day, all was perfect. Thanks again for your constant professionalism and I hope to use your service again soon.

Extremely helpful

Buying concert tickets in Japan as a visitor can be very difficult, in particular with slightly smaller bands such as the one I wanted to see. Bridge made it all feel very easy.
Bridge were responsive to my questions via email, providing different options for ticket delivery to suit my needs (which ended up being collection at a Lawson because we were not able to take in mail) and at a very reasonable price for the service. I would highly recommend.

Highly recommended and really helpful

Had a big problem with an order in Japan from the time I was there and left and they patiently listened to me and communicated with the store. Quick responses, with great communication and so helpful, I would definitely use their service again for concert tickets or the shopping service or having a special request as I did this time. It was my first time using this service. I wanted some tickets for an online experience at the last minute when I suddenly realised that I couldn't buy them myself. The service here was incredibly fast, kind and helpful and they were even able to print and ship the bonus postcards which came with it. I can't fault any part of it and highly recommend using them!

Really good service

I used their service to purchase sumo tickets. They were really efficient and professional. Communication was smooth : they were available for questions and quick to answer. They chose the best seats available for the venue, according to the price we specified. And the tickets were waiting for us at the hotel the day we arrived. I would definitely recommend, and use their service again.

Excellent service

I initially came to Bridge to purchase Final Fantasy X Kabuki tickets - they were excellent with the price and service. Then, after arriving in Japan, I realized that I had another event I'd like to attend and they again helped me. I received both tickets at the same time sent to my hotel in excellent condition. Quick and Easy

I wanted to buy tickets for a concert so I contacted this service. They got back to me the same day even when their service times show that it would be an off-day. Responses were quick and they were very patient with me and my questions. They even arranged for it to be delivered to my accommodation by contacting them and asking for me. Very good service

Great Service

There was a concert I wanted to go to, and after hours of research trying to find ways to actually get the tickets I stumbled upon Bridge.jpn.com

They were very prompt and professional in their replies and were very helpful in assessing what I wanted and any risks that might be involved. There was a lot of back and forth communication and they helped instruct me on how to pick up the tickets from the nearest available post office. (the tickets could only be printed out on Friday while the concert was Sunday, and most post offices were closed) So I am really impressed with the amount of effort they put into their service.

They were very informative and easy to use. If I go back to Japan and am looking for tickets, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I will definitely be using Bridge as my new go-to when I need a ticket for future Japan trips. It was very easy and the prices were not bad at all compared to other services I have used!
