I cannot speak well enough of Bride.jpn's courteous, transparent, and efficient customer service. They were able to help me secure once-in-a-lifetime concert tickets that I would have otherwise been unable to purchase overseas. two wonderful concerts!

In the past I was using a different ticket proxy but the communication was not so great, and I feel they overcharged me in fees. I wanted to attend a concert in March 2024 so I tried Bridge this time and the experience was wonderful! Perfect communication and very reasonable pricing. Then, I discovered another show happening the week I would be in Japan so I reached out to Bridge again and they hooked it up! I had a great week in Japan and got to attend two amazing concerts thanks to their help! I am hoping to attend more shows in Japan, and will gladly trust Bridge again when that time comes!

Easy recommendation!

BridgeJapan takes out the hassle of acquiring JP concert tickets outside of Japan with just a couple of back and forth emails. After winning my tickets from a lottery, they notified and gave clear instructions for how to get the tickets printed. I was able to attend the concert with no issues. Incredibly grateful for this service and would definitely use Bridge Japan again in the future!

Great service for foreigners

Bridge.jpn was very easy to with and communicated very quickly. They were able to help me get Bleach Exhibition tickets from the PIA tickets which required a Japanese phone number to verify the account.
