I cannot speak well enough of Bride.jpn's courteous, transparent, and efficient customer service. They were able to help me secure once-in-a-lifetime concert tickets that I would have otherwise been unable to purchase overseas. They communicated in a timely manner throughout the exchange and provided helpful information with great care. I highly recommend and would use them again!

two wonderful concerts!

In the past I was using a different ticket proxy but the communication was not so great, and I feel they overcharged me in fees. I wanted to attend a concert in March 2024 so I tried Bridge this time and the experience was wonderful! Perfect communication and very reasonable pricing. Then, I discovered another show happening the week I would be in Japan so I reached out to Bridge again and they hooked it up! I had a great week in Japan and got to attend two amazing concerts thanks to their help! I am hoping to attend more shows in Japan, and will gladly trust Bridge again when that time comes!

As many other reviews point out, Bridge is great for purchasing tickets which are otherwise inaccessible outside of Japan.

While the ticket lottery I was entering closed and most would close the conversation at this point, Bridge worked with me to track successive lotteries and general availability until we secured tickets (over an extended period of time).

Highly recommended. They're willing to answer any and all questions whether they're directly related to the service they are providing or not.

Amazing service

All the way from SoCal, Bridge.jpn helped me get concert tickets since I don't have a Japanese phone number or CC. The process is fairly easy. They get back to you super fast and their service fees aren't that much. The whole process took me about 4 days, so make sure to order ahead of time if you need it by a certain time. They have translators for you and will even adjust to your type of situation to make it work for you. Will def recommend or use again in the future!
