Buying tickets in Japan is notorious for being incredibly frustrating.

Very professional and fast

This is a great service and my partner and I have used it twice with success both times. They were professional and very responsive. We will definitely use them again next time we travel to Japan.

They helped me enter a ticket lottery for a Japanese concert and we were successful. The instructions were very clear and it was easy to get the tickets.

My partner then decided to use the service for Ghibli museum tickets. It was much easier than trying to buy international tickets and they did the hard work for us. There was a small additional charge but it was well worth it to secure tickets.

I use bridge japan to buy fireworks tickets , the staffs are very friendly. They could accommodate my time and seat requirements and successfully help me buy my first preference tickets!

In addition, they notice that pre-charged ticket processing fee is higher than ticket seller’s, they refunded me the over-charge part immediately

After they mail the tickets to my hotel, they call the hotel to verify my tickets are delivered

Incredibly Fast Service

I was in a great pinch because I had purchased a concert ticket on my own but I needed to pay for it in person, however I wasn't in Japan yet. Thankfully, Bridge came through and responded quickly to my request and were able to go to the local Lawson store and pay for my ticket. Their prices are also unbeatable and fairly reasonable! Had such a pleasant experience working with them and would highly recommend.

Great experience getting me J-pop concert tickets

I needed tickets for two different J-pop concerts in Tokyo and a friend of mine recommended bridge. I have used three other proxy services before over the past 10 years and I have had mixed results. One service was great at getting tickets, but the business was very strict in handling things. Another service was great all around (but no longer are in the business of purchasing tickets) and my most recent experience was with someone completely incompetent. Fortunately Bridge was great all around: professional, polite, and followed through. Highly recommend.
