Amazing Customer Service for First Time Travelers

I've never even left the US before, so ordering concert tickets for my favorite band of all time (that only does shows in Japan!) was going to be a challenge. Bridge.jpn made this very simple for me, at a reasonable price. They are eager to answer your questions, provide information, and reply to emails regularly. My dream would not be possible if not for them. Thank you ?

Super fast, simple, and affordable service.

I barely speak Japanese and have literally no idea what im doing when reserving tickets for events in Japan. It seemed so complicated, with having to create an account or needing a Japanese phone number and/or address. The Bridge.jpn team was super helpful in clearing away the fog. They ask the important questions, and then quickly take care of the rest. I am so impressed and will definitely use them again instead of navigating scary ticket websites.

I used Bridge.jpn services to acquire paper tickets in place of Eplus E-Tickets in Japan. They helped to answer many questions that I had and recommended shipping the tickets to the hotel we were staying at.

Used twice, would recommend

I've worked with BridgeJapan twice. I first used them in 2019 for concert tickets, and now that I'm going back, I remembered them being great and I wanted to work with them again, also for concert tickets. Both times, they were fantastic; their prices are reasonable, and they were able to purchase the tickets and handle any details for me to get the tickets. I would work with them again.
