super fast and professional

I tried some other proxy services previously and wish I found bridge earlier. They respond SO fast and are really professional and clear about everything, which is helpful for a foreigner like me who doesn't know any Japanese or have much experience with all the Japanese ticket/reservation systems yet. They can even help you look stuff up. Overall I think the service is way better than other proxies I've found for a similar and sometimes cheaper price.

Since it's impossible to get a concert ticket if you life outside of Japan, bridge.jpn make it possible to see one of my favorite bands "Buck Tick" live. The ticket was send to my Hotel. So I only had to pick it up from the Lobby.

Amazing services for a fair price!

We all know how elusive and anti-gaijin Japan's ticketing system is, especially for local events or concerts, but Bridge helped me pay for my tickets to a exhibit that I wanted to go to through Famima.

Not a lot of services provide this, and at a very fair price too. Most will probably charge you ridiculous prices, but Bridge was incredibly fair and transparent in how they calculate the prices. They were also very accommodating, they told me the safest way to get my tickets shipped to me.

Overall, I would definitely use again. Super, super recommend!!
