They delivered!

I was initially suspicious of using a site to purchase tickets in Japan while I was still in the US, but they were very helpful over email and delivered my Ghibli tickets right on time! I would recommend!

Amazing services for a fair price!

We all know how elusive and anti-gaijin Japan's ticketing system is, especially for local events or concerts, but Bridge helped me pay for my tickets to a exhibit that I wanted to go to through Famima.

Not a lot of services provide this, and at a very fair price too. Most will probably charge you ridiculous prices, but Bridge was incredibly fair and transparent in how they calculate the prices. They were also very accommodating, they told me the safest way to get my tickets shipped to me.

Overall, I would definitely use again. Super, super recommend!!

Extremely helpful

Buying concert tickets in Japan as a visitor can be very difficult, in particular with slightly smaller bands such as the one I wanted to see. Bridge made it all feel very easy.
Bridge were responsive to my questions via email, providing different options for ticket delivery to suit my needs (which ended up being collection at a Lawson because we were not able to take in mail) and at a very reasonable price for the service. I would highly recommend.
