Extremely helpful

Buying concert tickets in Japan as a visitor can be very difficult, in particular with slightly smaller bands such as the one I wanted to see. Bridge made it all feel very easy.
Bridge were responsive to my questions via email, providing different options for ticket delivery to suit my needs (which ended up being collection at a Lawson because we were not able to take in mail) and at a very reasonable price for the service. I would highly recommend.

Had a big problem with an order in Japan from the time I was there and left and they patiently listened to me and communicated with the store. It was my first time using this service. I wanted some tickets for an online experience at the last minute when I suddenly realised that I couldn't buy them myself.
