Like other people who commented, I was really impressed with Bridge Japan's customer service and efficiency! By the time we decided to go to Japan in December, we found out that we could only go to Ghibli Museum on Dec 27 because of our tight schedule and the museums's holiday shut-down. We tried several ways to get tickets and almost gave up until we reached out to Bridge Japan. At first we're told that all the tickets were sold out but they would help us keep track of the tickets in case there's any cancellation. Luckily, we got notified the next day that the tickets are available and it's even at a time we most desired!! :) Thank you Bridge Japan!! I would definitely recommend your service to the others!

I found out about Ghibli only about 1 week ago when my Singapore girlfriends informed they relied on their Japanese friends to get the tickets for them. When I read some blogs how difficult it is to get the tickets when one is outside Japan and how tickets can be purchased from Bridge, I tried my luck. It's my first time to Japan, and I'm kind of late to buy Ghibli tickets, I submit my inquiry, ask questions, and wow, they said the tickets are sold out, but if I want they can track the tickets so it may pop up.. I found bridge.jpn.com right after losing trust in online shopping after a bad experience with another forewarder company just a little while back...so I was scared and wary. But because i liked the music so much I needed to have it n it wasn't sold elsewhere, and after reading through this site, I was halfway convinced, and reading all these feedback/customer reviews, kinda sealed the deal for me to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did. It might sound repetitive/redundant, but there really is no other way to describe it other than awesome and very friendly, fast and efficient service & assistance and I'm very happy and satisfied. I was told it'd take about 2-3 weeks, and I received them much earlier in great condition. Appreciate that the staff(s) even took time in the weekend to correspond and did their best to send my package ASAP for posting.
