I've used this service several times. They are not only fast, but very caring for the customer. They have made me many suggestions when they found a way for me to save money, say buying the items at another store, or reminding me I have some points accumulated. Highly recommended.

I actually have used Bridge.jpn for many services, multiple times already, right from online shopping to tickets purchase to auction to special requests (I tend to have extraordinary requests), and Bridge.jpn managed to help me out with all my requests smoothly, with fast and efficient service. Bridge.jpn is my favorite and I always recommend it to my friends. I come here today to check if Bridge.jpn is still in service because I probably need to use its service again in the near future, and I see a customer review page has been created, so I think I should leave a review because I really like Bridge.jpn and hope it will last for as long as possible.

Great service n prompt email responses to get Ghibli n Fujiko Museums tickets. Cheapest package I found too compared to travel agents' prices. I couldn't recommend this site enough. Will definitely use their service again!
