I ordered the tickets about two weeks back (7 Feb) and just received them today. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and I'm really excited to be going to the Ghibli museum. Will definitely use their services again, such as to buy Japanese products!

I'm from Singapore and it's super hard to get tickets to Ghibli Museum from here. JTB sells it here but they will only sell if you book your tour or accommodation through them. I chanced upon Bridge Japan and like all others, the fee is so much more palatable than many other portals!
