Great communication and speedy service. I just got my tickets to the Ghibli museum and I can't wait to get there!

Bridge Jpn has the best service! They reply quickly and provide me with all the information I need (even if its not directly related to the tickets purchase).
They shipped out the tickets on the day I paid, which was extremely quick!! Bridge Jpn even bothered to contact me after the transaction regarding the extra information I enquired about, and followed up with another email when they had made a tiny mistake. By far the best service I've ever seen!

Easy to understand why all the reviews on here are 5 stars.

I initially enquired about USJ express passes, because I heard of their service and was interested. After some communication they informed me that tickets were onsale. They were very detailed in their info and extremely helpful, giving several options about timing, costs and delivery.
