I ordered tickets to two separate events, bridge.jpn combined the shipping cost of the tickets and offered a refund of the original shipping cost, without me even asking, this is above and beyond normal customer service. They were even able to find one of my tickets at a lower than advertised price and refunded me the difference in ticket cost. Communication was just amazing. I will be using this service again on my next trip to Japan.

Needed to get some audio accessories delivered from Japan, managed to get a speedy response, quotation and shipment. Will definitely be using them again for any future purchases.

I was extremely interested in a product that now was sold out but they were able to find it in an auction page. I was so happy at time that they told me which the product was bought, even in Crhistmas time were its usual the delays they replay me fast.

Bridge Japan even found time to handle quite a curious request of mine despite it seeming impossible at first, to attend an in-store video game event and claim an exclusive present for me, even saying they would refund the fees if they weren't able to get one.
You'd be hard-pressed to find any other proxy service that would do the same, but they managed it perfectly. I could never have got the present without them. Definitely worth it!
