Referred here by another site through a search and decided to try it after reading satisfactory reviews. Reasonable and effective. Would very much recommend to anyone who have difficulties buying stuffs from Japan. Definitely like the service.

I had a few tickets to order and they patiently did a detailed breakdown even before I confirmed any order. They also held on to all my tickets for me before shipping them together when the last one has been purchased, and replies were always prompt. Will definitely use them again.

I enquired about the purchase of the Studio Ghibli tickets and within the hour they replied me. And now they are on their way to us! Their services are tops! Thanks! My kids will be so thrilled when they see the tickets!

Really amazing service!

I initially enquired about USJ express passes, because I heard of their service and was interested. After some communication they informed me that tickets were onsale. They were very detailed in their info and extremely helpful, giving several options about timing, costs and delivery.
They kept me informed about delivery status throughout.

I ordered tickets to two separate events, bridge.jpn combined the shipping cost of the tickets and offered a refund of the original shipping cost, without me even asking, this is above and beyond normal customer service. They were even able to find one of my tickets at a lower than advertised price and refunded me the difference in ticket cost. Communication was just amazing. I will be using this service again on my next trip to Japan.

I was extremely interested in a product that now was sold out but they were able to find it in an auction page. I was so happy at time that they told me which the product was bought, even in Crhistmas time were its usual the delays they replay me fast.
