Unbelievably fast response, Highly recommended!

Service response was prompt and the sales team did gave me a heads up on when the tickets would actually go on sale before they can proceed to purchase. The tickets arrived in mint condition, enclosed within another envelope and plastic bag in the package to minimize potential damage. Kudos to that!

I bought tickets to USJ and Fujiko Museum and the website was so friendly and prompt in their replies and service. Truly recommend this to anyone who needs to get tickets to places in Japan. First rate!

Very simply, if you need tickets for Ghibli Museum, don't look at any other service online. I can tell you Bridge.jpn is the best bar none.

I had forgotten to purchase tickets from our local JTB and by the time I called two weeks prior to our trip they were sold out two months in advance. I found this service by Googling, among several others. This is by far the cheapest and offers the fastest, most courteous service. We were able to get the earliest time in the afternoon (2pm) on extremely short notice, for approximately what we would have had to pay JTB anyway. The tickets were sent to our hotel and were waiting for us when we checked in. Other services call this "rush" or "last minute" service and will charge you about $40 and upwards per ticket, but not here. The prices are the best, trust me, I searched for hours.

Whoever is running this service, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You saved me from having to console a very disappointed wife. We will be having a lot of fun at the museum tomorrow all thanks to you!

Tip: Be advise that you have to sync timing with Japan Standard Time. They operate on standard business hours (shorter hours on weekends/holidays) Don't expect them to reply you when Japan Time is 2 AM...
