I found bridge.jpn.com right after losing trust in online shopping after a bad experience with another forewarder company just a little while back...so I was scared and wary. But because i liked the music so much I needed to have it n it wasn't sold elsewhere, and after reading through this site, I was halfway convinced, and reading all these feedback/customer reviews, kinda sealed the deal for me to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did. It might sound repetitive/redundant, but there really is no other way to describe it other than awesome and very friendly, fast and efficient service & assistance and I'm very happy and satisfied. I was told it'd take about 2-3 weeks, and I received them much earlier in great condition. Appreciate that the staff(s) even took time in the weekend to correspond and did their best to send my package ASAP for posting. Thanks a lot, Bridge Japan and I'm most definitely certain will be back.

We are visiting Tokyo during the holiday season in late December and contacted Bridge.Jpn in early December for Ghibli ticket. It wasn't available initially but Bridge.Jpn managed to get them after a day of monitoring. And the tickets arrived at our house in Singapore just 3 days! Totally amazed by the efficiency

This was my very first time using a personal shopper so I was very anxious, but I'm so satisfied with my experience in dealing with Bridge JPN.

As a last minute decision, I wanted to preorder a video game that had special bonuses only if bought at a certain store. After receiving my request, Bridge JPN told me that they called the store and that there were very few copies left. Without knowing that the next day was a holiday in Japan, I asked if they could try and visit the store the next day and while they told me that it was a holiday and that their services are closed, they offered to go down to the store for me at an additional cost, which I didn't mind paying. And since there were very few copies left, I was risking having them go down there with a possibility of it going out of stock by the time they get there.

But lo and behold, they were able to get it for me! And they mentioned that there was a long line behind them so that day was literally my last chance to get the game and bonuses! I'm so lucky! And I'm so moved and grateful that Bridge JPN offered to go down and get it for me, even on a holiday! And their service is very prompt. They definitely aim to please their customers! You definitely won't go wrong in choosing them. I totally plan to come back and I recommend them to everyone!!

Service response was prompt and the sales team did gave me a heads up on when the tickets would actually go on sale before they can proceed to purchase. The tickets arrived in mint condition, enclosed within another envelope and plastic bag in the package to minimize potential damage. Kudos to that!

I bought tickets to USJ and Fujiko Museum and the website was so friendly and prompt in their replies and service. Truly recommend this to anyone who needs to get tickets to places in Japan. First rate!

Very simply, if you need tickets for Ghibli Museum, don't look at any other service online. I can tell you Bridge.jpn is the best bar none.

I had forgotten to purchase tickets from our local JTB and by the time I called two weeks prior to our trip they were sold out two months in advance. I found this service by Googling, among several others. This is by far the cheapest and offers the fastest, most courteous service. We were able to get the earliest time in the afternoon (2pm) on extremely short notice, for approximately what we would have had to pay JTB anyway. The tickets were sent to our hotel and were waiting for us when we checked in. Other services call this "rush" or "last minute" service and will charge you about $40 and upwards per ticket, but not here. The prices are the best, trust me, I searched for hours.

Whoever is running this service, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You saved me from having to console a very disappointed wife. We will be having a lot of fun at the museum tomorrow all thanks to you!
