I thought I had lost hope in acquiring Ghibli Museum tickets because it was peak season. I tried looking through other sites and services, that I almost lost hope because of ridiculous overpricing... Then came Bridge. I was hesistant at first but they proved me wrong! Bridge service is very efficient and very professional. I encountered some mistakes in my orders but Bridge was so quick in helping me resolve my situation. Then came my tickets. Even if was peak season, they were able to get me my tickets! Amazing! To add, I got my tickets in the mail last February 14--- best Valentines gift ever, to be honest! I love Bridge!

This would be my first experience with a proxy service that handles concert tickets and experience was easy and very professional service. Pricing was reasonable compared to other sites offering the same service. The response time is never long and sometimes I received a reply in just minutes! Very courteous, they kindly fulfilled a small request to scan my ticket and without having to ask, translated the information I was seeking for in the ticket before it arrived. With my trip in a few weeks, I've secured the physical ticket and overall pleased with the service. I will recommend the service to friends and maybe return!

The concert tickets I wanted were very hard to get. First there were 3 lotteries, all unsuccessful. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me get the tickets through second-hand means. Thanks to their searching I managed to attend all 3 shows with no issues at all. The English support is extremely good too! Just received my Musical Meets Symphony 2017 concert tickets. Thank you bridge.jpn! You guys are awesome. These guys give me super quick response to get me the best seats available. Even though it was past 11 pm and it was understandable if they replied me the next day, they didn't wait for tomorrow and quickly bought the tickets for me the same day right after the payment has been made. Plus, their charges other than the ticket's price are cheaper compared to other shop service. I will definitely use their service again in the future. :D

They were able to get my Ghibli tickets during the New Year period at the best timing (10am admission time) when I was told repeatedly by other places that the tickets were sold out.
