Bridge.jpn was a life safer for us. We had almost given up all hopes to visit the Ghibli museum during our visit, but thanks to their service we managed to secure our tickets before arriving to Tokyo. All the process was easy and the customer service is always in contact with you to make sure that you receive your tickets. Highly recommended!

Was looking to get tickets for a once in a lifetime event and no other proxy shopping sites would take my request. Bridge.jpn took my request, were extremely thorough in their research of the event which helped me make the best decisions about tickets, and even translated the ticket and venue information for me. I pre-ordered Studio Ghibli Museum tickets from Bridge just a few days before the tickets were due to go on sale. I tried to buy Ghibli tickets both through JTB Australia and then in Japan through Lawson ticket machines. Failed both times. Bridge were able to get the tickets for myself and family and were great to communicate with. Their customer service is great and very personal.

Ordered two 20th anniversary exclusive digivices from p-bandai japan website.

Requested quotations from several online shoppers. While other agents tried to mask additional service fees behind shipping fees, bridge japan is the most honest with shipping fees and simply quote the shipping prices as offered by japanpost.
