Everything was amazing - from the start until the end. I bought some Ghibli items, and they packed the items very nicely, in a box. They gave a lot quotations for a lot shipping options, complete with estimated time it will arrive.
No complains at all.
This is actually my second time using their service, the first was to buy Ghibli tickets, and the service was also good (this was 2 years ago). I will return again! :D

I thought I had lost hope in acquiring Ghibli Museum tickets because it was peak season. I tried looking through other sites and services, that I almost lost hope because of ridiculous overpricing...
