Hi! I am someone who loves Japanese beauty and fashion and this site is my new best friend! This is the second time that I have ordered from this site and I am so so happy that I found them!! I just sent them an email asking for the things I needed and they sent me exactly what I asked for! The shipping was insanely fast! When I wrote to them they were super helpful and friendly. I had a preorder item with them and I didnt mention it in my second order. But they themselves asked me if I'd like both my orders to be shipped together and I felt like they really cared about their customers.

These guys helped me obtain resale tickets. They were very helpful and even gave recommendations about which websites are good to try as well as the tickets themselves. They took time to explain how the lottery works and were very clear about the transaction till the delivery. I'd definitely use their service again! ????

We purchased tickets for the Ghibli Museum through Bridge.jpn. They recommended not to post the tickets to us (in Chile, because they've never sens stuff there) but to post them to our hotel in Tokyo, which we did and it turned out OK; they were right there when we arrived. I spoke with them via email a few times and I found them amicabke and correct. I 100% recommend this service!
