Requested to purchase Ghibli museum tickets and Bridge was really quick in checking the tickets availability. Although there wasn't any tickets left for requested date but Bridge was really helpful to provide us the list of dates and timings which are available. Within the same day after we responded, they immediately purchased the tickets for us.

I highly recommend this site! Just like what the other reviewers said, Bridge managed to score me a Ghibli Museum ticket even if the day I chose was super peak at a super peak season. So at first I just wanted ghibli tickets delivered to my hotel. I've done this with BridgeJPN before so I knew they would be able to deliver. However, I also just wanted to see if they could get a limited edition watch (only 2000 in the world) being released only if Japan. They were extremely helpful with this and kept me updated on the process, even though they didn't make any promises that they could get the watch. Towards the end, they got me the watch that I wanted and delivered it to the hotel along with the Ghibli tickets. Really amazing, responsive, personalized service. Couldn't be happier!
