I highly recommend this site! Just like what the other reviewers said, Bridge managed to score me a Ghibli Museum ticket even if the day I chose was super peak at a super peak season. They were very transparent and updated me on the status of my request. They were very helpful as well--from the time of my booking to when the ticket was delivered to my hotel. I will definitely book here again for my tickets in the future!????????????

So at first I just wanted ghibli tickets delivered to my hotel. I've done this with BridgeJPN before so I knew they would be able to deliver. However, I also just wanted to see if they could get a limited edition watch (only 2000 in the world) being released only if Japan. They were extremely helpful with this and kept me updated on the process, even though they didn't make any promises that they could get the watch. Towards the end, they got me the watch that I wanted and delivered it to the hotel along with the Ghibli tickets. Really amazing, responsive, personalized service. Couldn't be happier!
