This is the second time that i have used Bridge's services, and i am yet again vowed by the super professional and prompt service. The shipping charges to Singapore is very reasonable too, which makes it very convenient for me to stock up on items before my next trip to Japan.

Requested to purchase Ghibli museum tickets and Bridge was really quick in checking the tickets availability. I would definitely recommend this site for those who would like to obtain Ghibli museum tickets overseas! especially for a short notice.
Im going to Japan for a week next month and the museum is only open for two days during my stay. Every website I went to was already sold out. I thought I was going to miss my chance but they made it happen!

I highly recommend this site! Just like what the other reviewers said, Bridge managed to score me a Ghibli Museum ticket even if the day I chose was super peak at a super peak season. They were very transparent and updated me on the status of my request. They were very helpful as well--from the time of my booking to when the ticket was delivered to my hotel. So at first I just wanted ghibli tickets delivered to my hotel. I've done this with BridgeJPN before so I knew they would be able to deliver. However, I also just wanted to see if they could get a limited edition watch (only 2000 in the world) being released only if Japan. They were extremely helpful with this and kept me updated on the process, even though they didn't make any promises that they could get the watch. Towards the end, they got me the watch that I wanted and delivered it to the hotel along with the Ghibli tickets. Really amazing, responsive, personalized service. Couldn't be happier!
