First time using Bridge.jpn and I had a special request of some in store only gacha items. They were incredibly prompt in responding, professional and were very willing to accommodate my request. The prices were very reasonable, especially given the fact they had to go in person to get the items. Everything arrived flawlessly and were package securely.
