The concert tickets I wanted were very hard to get. First there were 3 lotteries, all unsuccessful. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me get the tickets through second-hand means. Thanks to their searching I managed to attend all 3 shows with no issues at all. The English support is extremely good too! Just received my Musical Meets Symphony 2017 concert tickets. Thank you bridge.jpn! You guys are awesome. These guys give me super quick response to get me the best seats available. Even though it was past 11 pm and it was understandable if they replied me the next day, they didn't wait for tomorrow and quickly bought the tickets for me the same day right after the payment has been made. Plus, their charges other than the ticket's price are cheaper compared to other shop service. I will definitely use their service again in the future. :D

They were able to get my Ghibli tickets during the New Year period at the best timing (10am admission time) when I was told repeatedly by other places that the tickets were sold out.
