I was looking for tickets to Ghibli Museum around 2 weeks before my trip, kind of last min thingy that popped up in my head. Tried to look on other reasonable-priced websites and requested the concierge service from my hotel- turned out all of the tickets for March was sold out. Life saver! I couldn't find any tickets for Ghibli Museum during Hanami season, as everyone (all agents) was sold out & fully booked 2 months ahead. Bought tickets online (for half of agency price), request was processed and paid within an hour. Tickets arrived in less than a week (Japan -> Australia). Absolutely amazing!
