Awesome job, guys! Got my tickets within the week.

I have engaged Bridge Japan multiple times and they have always delivered excellent service.

The first is for preorder of a dvd at an anime live stage venue. The release was like 4 months later but they followed up properly and even helped me with applying for the lottery chance to attend the talk show by the actors (and I had won it!). They have always been patient, polite and detailed in their explanations and they have kept me updated in a timely fashion.

I had further engaged their ticket purchase services three times, and even though some were on short notice, they had been able to arrange for staff to help.

The first ticket was for Kurobas live stage official sale, which even though they could not secure they followed up and helped me buy a resale ticket from Ticket Camp and the live viewing ticket. The third ticket sale was for Haikyu live stage reshowing. They are not in a rush to close sales and always make sure I am aware of all the risks. Their fees are also affordable.

I will be engaging Bridge Japan repeatedly from this point onwards, for sure! :) Thanks so much for all your help so far!

I was worried about this, that may be a scam or something like that, fortunately I was wrong! They respond me immediately, were very kind and helpful. They got my tickets for a concert with no problem. I would definitely recommend it! :D When I go back to Japan, I will use their services again.

Reqquested tickets for the ghibli museeum 2 weeks before my trip to japan as Lawson had run out. Bridge Japan offered to look for alternative dates on top of assuring me that tickets for at least one of my choices would be available. Very fast and efficint with high assurance for customers. If anyone ia going to japan i highly recommend.

Bridge.jpn helped me obtain tickets to the Ghibli Museum for my trip to Tokyo. I was about to give up because the main museum site had sold out of the tickets, but Bridge.jpn came to the rescue. They replied to my inquiry within hours, and were very prompt, professional and friendly throughout our correspondence. They were seriously such a pleasure to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure that they could secure tickets and even have them sent to the Airbnb we were staying at! First of all, I had a bit of an issue with my tickets, mostly because the address they were sent to had a very small mailbox and the envelope didn't fit, so the Post Office didn't deliver the package.

Bridge Japan helped me out sort the issue with the post office, and we did end up going to the Ghibli Studios, so 5 stars for their fast and amazing support.

Used Bridge to purchase an item from Japan online shop which did not ship internationally. Service was extremely prompt and helpful, item was beautifully repackaged to save on shipping costs (amazed me most), service fee was reasonable, and item arrived in record timing.

I remember first reading about bJPn from a figure related blog giving high praise to them. Desperate times calls for desperate measures as a certain limited distribution figure I wanted was NOT being offered from my usual source. So I ordered from bJPn then cancelled because that other site gave me a wrong message of the figure availability so I requested a re-order again........and bJPn being the nice folks they are accepted my second request.

Make things short, they also gave me another "assistance" (thanks guys/gals), you know what I mean.

I'm planning on ordering another figure again and your company is on the top list.
