I recently used their special request service and bridge replies very quickly and they are very friendly. Thanks to them, I got a limited item that sold out within minutes. 10/10 would definitely use their service again if I need something.
Just be sure to check your junk mail if it's your first time using them because their emails ended up in my junk box the first time I tried and by the time I saw it, it was too late.

Hi! I am someone who loves Japanese beauty and fashion and this site is my new best friend! This is the second time that I have ordered from this site and I am so so happy that I found them!! We purchased tickets for the Ghibli Museum through Bridge.jpn. They recommended not to post the tickets to us (in Chile, because they've never sens stuff there) but to post them to our hotel in Tokyo, which we did and it turned out OK; they were right there when we arrived. I spoke with them via email a few times and I found them amicabke and correct. I 100% recommend this service!
