I know that most people here uses this service for purchasing tickets but I was here for something else.


This was my first time working with Bridge.jpn staffs and honestly one of the best customer experiences in my life. After reading so many positive reviews here, I decided to place my trust on Bridge.jpn to purchase a highly sought-after, limited edition figure kit that was actually sold-out within 3 minutes after pre-order! I asked a staff to help me snatch it and he/she replied very quickly and the transaction occurred very smoothly.

Initially staff-san lacked a bit of confidence and told me that he/she had no confidence in helping me obtain such a hot item. But nevertheless, staff-san tried his/her very best and was on stand by before the pre-order opens to \'hunt\' for it. About 10 minutes after the pre-order opened, I received an email that the figure kit was successfully purchased, I was overjoyed! I would like to thank the staff(s) that helped me that day again and I hope this experience has helped you in boosting your service confidence! OMG! I can't believe how easy buying Museum Ghibli tickets was. Both her and I love Ghibli's works and so I was able to get tickets and surprise her there. The tickets came quick and fast. Their 24 hour and less response time to my questions were amazing for cross country transactions. They were able to get the tickets I wanted on the days I provided. I have no hesitation in buying and working with them again!

I was recommended this website from a friend knowing the tickets were harder to obtain from overseas, as they run out quickly. I booked tickets for both Ghibli and Fujiko museum about 1 month prior when they were made available and manage to get my preferred time slot on a Friday and Saturday respectively. The staff of Bridge was efficient in getting in touch with me via email on the confirmation and collection process, even with my change of address 3 days before the scheduled mailing date of the tickets.
