It was an amazing experience with Bridge Japan. The service is absolutely brilliant in many ways. Firstly, the response/reply is reasonably fast. They provide clear and detail quotation & options for the shipping rates when the good is with them. Answer all the questions and concern with patience and friendly note (English is better than mine), they even make effort to look for a better price of goods which is really amazing. They even advise whether it's economical to ship cause I'm looking for stamps. They not only doing business, but they care and willing to help you in different ways they can. Price is reasonable. I have engaged Bridge Japan multiple times and they have always delivered excellent service.

The first is for preorder of a dvd at an anime live stage venue. The release was like 4 months later but they followed up properly and even helped me with applying for the lottery chance to attend the talk show by the actors (and I had won it!). They have always been patient, polite and detailed in their explanations and they have kept me updated in a timely fashion.

I had further engaged their ticket purchase services three times, and even though some were on short notice, they had been able to arrange for staff to help.

The first ticket was for Kurobas live stage official sale, which even though they could not secure they followed up and helped me buy a resale ticket from Ticket Camp and the live viewing ticket. The third ticket sale was for Haikyu live stage reshowing. They are not in a rush to close sales and always make sure I am aware of all the risks. Their fees are also affordable.

I will be engaging Bridge Japan repeatedly from this point onwards, for sure! :) Thanks so much for all your help so far!

I was worried about this, that may be a scam or something like that, fortunately I was wrong! They respond me immediately, were very kind and helpful. They got my tickets for a concert with no problem. I would definitely recommend it! :D When I go back to Japan, I will use their services again.

Reqquested tickets for the ghibli museeum 2 weeks before my trip to japan as Lawson had run out. Bridge Japan offered to look for alternative dates on top of assuring me that tickets for at least one of my choices would be available. Very fast and efficint with high assurance for customers. If anyone ia going to japan i highly recommend.
