Para mi próximo viaje a Japón necesitaba con urgencia unas entradas para el museo Ghibli, para compradores internacionales estaban todas agotadas y es en ese momento cuando encontré a BridGe.jpn a través de una recomendación de un foro, ellos consiguieron las entradas e incluso lograron que me llegaran a España antes de que yo viajara a Japon, un fantástico trabajo, ¡felicidades!

I was not fortunate enough to get tickets from my country's Ghibli allocation.All tickets for April had been sold withing two days.

Luckily I saw bridge.jpn mentioned on reddit. They were able to secure me tickets on the dates I needed to travel. The service was excellent, punctual and suprisingly well priced. Particularly compared to what I would have paid if I had used voyagin.

I used Bridge Japan to purchase Ghibli Museum tickets. They responded to my initial request very quickly and extremely friendly. It ended up that only late afternoon tickets were available, but the rep I was working with kept checking for earlier times and kept me in the loop through the whole process. Will definitely use them again for any ticket purchases when visiting Japan.

I needed Studio Ghibli tickets on very short notice and submitted a request two days before the sales of the tickets started (they usually sell out quick). Bridge.jpn replied promptly and guided me along the payment process, sending many reminders to me as the deadline was closing. We managed to settle on payment one day before the sales started. Bridge.jpn even promised to help even though I could not confirm if my Airbnb host could receive the tickets.

As the clock crossed into the day of sales, I waited with bated breath. On that night itself, Bridge.jpn confirmed they\'d bought my ticket! It was a big relief to me as I gave very short notice.

After-sales was fantastic as well. Turned out my Airbnb host could not receive my tickets but Bridge.jpn helped to do international postage by EMS to my home country. They posted it first thing in the morning from Japan the next day, and I had it in my hands in Singapore 2 days later.
