I used bridge.jpn before their online reviews were a thing, and I still recommend them to everyone needing any type of proxy service. I got them to go to an event for me that I couldn't attend to buy specific merchandise and they accommodated my request and also went above and beyond. The communication was consistent and stellar and even though the event was a month away, they still kept me updated through email that the date was coming up soon.

Anytime I need any proxy I will always use bridge.jpn. I cannot recommend them enough. I was happy to see that they added reviews when I recently checked their website so I wanted to share my great experience with them. Thanks bridge!

Very efficient service. We requested our tickets on March 1, reserving for an April date, tickets weren't on sale yet at the moment. Bridge.jpn replied saying that our dates were a very peak date. I ordered them anyway, paid and one week later I receive an email that they have already posted the tickets and two days later, I received the tickets.

I used Bridge.jpn\'s ticket purchasing service to buy a ticket for an event. I emailed them in the morning and got a reply in less than an hour. After a couple of emails back and forth, they went down to 7-11 and secured the ticket that very same afternoon! They then scanned the ticket and emailed it to me right away.
Bridge.JPN communicated in excellent English and were very professional and efficient.

All for a 10% handling fee, 4% to PayPal plus the ticketing agent and postage fees. Very reasonable and cheaper than other ticket purchasing services out there.

Like a previous reviewer, I too discovered too late that Studio Ghibli tickets were sold out. Luckily, after an initial panic, I discovered Bridge.jpn through a forum and quickly emailed them with hopes of securing these highly sought after tickets. They responded promptly and were able to secure tickets for me. They were sent quickly via EMS and arrived in 5 days. Throughout the entire process they provided absolutely amazing customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Booked some Ghibli tickets through Bridge Japan. There service is clear, e-mails are quick and helpful. Their price is decent and better than most competitors.
