Outstanding service! Submitted a request for Ghibli Museum tickets Saturday evening and tickets are in hand the following Friday. Prompt and friendly service, they made our upcoming trip to Japan so much better.

We left our Ghibli ticket purchase too late, and were afraid we wouldn't be able to have our tickets delivered on time. Bridge.jpn was communicative, clear, friendly, and responsive and they got our tickets to us in 6 business days from posting, exactly as advertised.

I'm amazed by this service and would suggest it to anybody I know! I'm suggesting it to coworkers right now!!

I needed Studio Ghibli tickets on very short notice and submitted a request two days before the sales of the tickets started (they usually sell out quick). Bridge.jpn replied promptly and guided me along the payment process, sending many reminders to me as the deadline was closing. We managed to settle on payment one day before the sales started. Bridge.jpn even promised to help even though I could not confirm if my Airbnb host could receive the tickets.

As the clock crossed into the day of sales, I waited with bated breath. On that night itself, Bridge.jpn confirmed they\'d bought my ticket! It was a big relief to me as I gave very short notice.

After-sales was fantastic as well. Turned out my Airbnb host could not receive my tickets but Bridge.jpn helped to do international postage by EMS to my home country. They posted it first thing in the morning from Japan the next day, and I had it in my hands in Singapore 2 days later.

Very efficient service. We requested our tickets on March 1, reserving for an April date, tickets weren't on sale yet at the moment. Bridge.jpn replied saying that our dates were a very peak date. I ordered them anyway, paid and one week later I receive an email that they have already posted the tickets and two days later, I received the tickets.

I used Bridge.jpn\'s ticket purchasing service to buy a ticket for an event. I emailed them in the morning and got a reply in less than an hour. After a couple of emails back and forth, they went down to 7-11 and secured the ticket that very same afternoon! They then scanned the ticket and emailed it to me right away.
Bridge.JPN communicated in excellent English and were very professional and efficient.

All for a 10% handling fee, 4% to PayPal plus the ticketing agent and postage fees. Very reasonable and cheaper than other ticket purchasing services out there.
