In my case, they actually managed to find the same item at a cheaper price, thus deducting the total cost of the overall transaction. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend using Bridge. Customer service sent me an email almost immediately regarding purchasing Studio Ghibli tickets. They warned me that it's peak season when I wanted to go, and that even though I wanted the morning session, is it OK if they can only get me lunch or afternoon session. Of course I said it was fine, however they came through with the session I wanted, and kept me in the loop the entire time. Excellent English, fantastic communication, shipping was extremely fast. I would recommend to all.

I needed Studio Ghibli tickets for my trip to Japan in March. Even when I checked in January, the two official vendors for Ghibli Museum tickets in the UK had sold out from mid March onwards up until after April!

Bridge.jpn ordered the tickets within Japan on my behalf once they were available. After that posted them to me in the UK; delivery took just 2 days using the EMS delivery option. just as a note, this can be quicker even than when I get things delivered from sites within the UK!

I would definitely recommend to Bridge.jpn, especially since the official UK vendors may as well not even exist if you are travelling to Japan at any time that is good to go! Their communication level was also superb when I had questions about when the tickets would be available.
