I used BridGe to purchase a ticket for Ghibli Museum. Their customer service was friendly and very helpful. They were able to secure a ticket on a peak day even though I was very late. All in all a fantastic service and I'll be sure to recommend BridGe to travelers around me.

Decided last minute on a Friday night to book a Japan Trip, planned our itinerary on Saturday and wondered how to get tickets to Ghibli Museum.
A google search revealed Bridge-JP and we sent a ticket request straight away. To our surprise Sunday morning we got a reply and by Sunday night we got a confirmation from the Bridge JP team that our ticket were arranged and confirmed. They followed up on Monday that the tickets had been sent by EMS Japan. A few days later they arrived in the mail.
Kudos to the team for such an efficient and smooth response!

I was really impressed with the prompt replies by the staff. Although I did not manage to get my first choice (due to it being a public holiday), I was able to secure the tickets for the next day. I would personally recommend this site again due to the service and the non-exorbitant prices, as compared to other websites.
