Purchased tickets for Ghibli and Fujiko F Fujio Museum. Reply is fast and delivery is fast too. Tickets are nicely packed. Very satisfied with bridge.

I\'m so very grateful for Bridge Japan and their service! They were efficient, helpful and quick to respond. I think they had encountered the trickiest situation ever with our predicament and yet they still managed to give us our tickets on time.

LONG STORY: A few days before my arrival in Tokyo, I received a notice from our host family that their house-help turned away a delivery because our host family was away for vacation in Osaka. I immediately sent an email to Bridge and a few hours later, they responded confirming the situation regarding the tickets (that they were returned to them for some unknown reason). Bridge was quick to solve the problem and offered us a solution that we meet up with one of their staff in Mitaka. I confirmed this and they were so helpful. They sent me every detail I needed to know about our meeting place in Mitaka. They also included some information on how to get to the correct exit.

Ishixx-san went out of his way to meet us in Mitaka station to give us our tickets. He arrived on time and was very friendly and accommodating! He walked us to the bus stop and told us how much the bus fare was. He even gave us some tips on how to get around Mitaka and explore it for small souvenir shops. It was supposed to be their vacation but he really went of his way to meet with us!

Arigato gozaimasu Bridge Japan and Ishixx-san! You have made my dream come true to visit Ghibli Museum and I\'m so happy to say that I had a great time in Tokyo. That\'s one thing off of my bucket list! I can\'t wait to come back! Definitely getting Bridge Japan\'s service when I decide to visit Ghibli again!

I sumised from its website that the product I wanted had been discontinued. So, I was not expecting miracles from Bridge Japan when I made my request.
