Fantastic service all around! They were very helpful in securing the best museum tickets and made sure that they arrived ahead of time. We weren't 100% sure about the dates we would be in Japan, where we would be staying and how we would get the delivery, but they were very understanding and communicated very well to ensure that we would have no problem getting the tickets anyway.
