I wanted to sign up for a fanclub but my American credit card wouldn't work, so Brige Japan payed for it at the convience store for me. It may have seemed like an odd request but they were very helpful and very fast and I recommend them!

I've been looking for Ghibli tickets 2-3 weeks before my family and I go to Japan, I never succeeded in finding a place to buy them, even our hotel couldn't secure tickets for us. But Bridge Japan could get us the 7 tickets we needed with reasonable service charge! (unlike other websites that charges you ¥7100 for their service?!!) I found Bridge Japan by chance after I gave up on Ghibli Tickets, they were always quick to respond to my emails and were very kind. I would recommend Bridge Japan service to my friends and anyone who plans to visit Ghibli Museum.

Found Bridge as an alternative to some of the other online Ghibli ticket purchasing venues and could not be any more satisfied. They delivered my ticket to my hotel exactly as discussed and were in constant communication with me during the entire process. Extremely satisfied with the service and the cost of the service. I don't even know where to start! Bridge Japan is just amazingly awesome! They successfully helped me buy the most sought after Kyary Pamyu Pamyu concert tickets. Communication was great! They responded to my inquires and questions very fast despite the time difference. The handling fee they charge was very reasonable. Shipping was extremely fast too - they mailed it on Monday and I got it on Thursday.

If you don't live in Japan, it's extremely hard to buy concert tickets. I am so glad I found Bridge Japan! I am just very happy and grateful for the service they provided me. Because of them, I am going to go see KPP in Tokyo!!! =)

Recommendation to all of you who wants to buy the Fujiko F Fujio (Doraemon). I was filling in my schedule and i got their reply very fast and very easy to confirm on the ticket purchase 'til the payment process.

Great communication throughout, had Ghibli tickets bought less than a month in advance when international tickets were limited. Nicely wrapped when sending to an address. Worth it!

Ordered tickets for Studio Ghibli, Once Piece theme park, and Final Fantasy cafe. Bridge japan monitored the availability and contacted me once available. I highly recommend this service and will use it again

We plan to go to Ghibli Museum on August (extremely peak season,and to make it worse, the day I want to go is coincidentally the start of Obon holiday season)
I asked my friend who lives in Tokyo to buy me tickets and I naively think he could just go to Lawson store to purchase my ticket.
Boy, was I wrong. He couldn't get my tickets as they sold out everywhere.
I used Brigde as my last hope, and I was really delighted to find that they are so helpful, attentive, and super friendly. Their email are very detail, and their language showed that they really care about their customers. They even reply emails on weekends !
I give them A LOT of date and time choices for Ghibli Museum Entrance, but they succeeded in getting my #1 time preference. A week later, the tickets safely arrived :)
