This was my first time purchasing tickets from overseas, and it can be a bit daunting at first. Bridge.jpn made it really easy, answering all my questions and offering instructions. The most amazing part was the speed of their response (due to the time difference and me being a night owl?) to both emails and making the purchase. I would reccomend using them, I definitely will again (probably for Ghibli tickets). Thank you for your patience and wonderful service Bridge.jpn!

I needed an item (a wallet) from a site that didn't ship outside of japan or have an english website. Thank goodness for Bridge.jpn! They placed the order for me, handled shipping and sent it to me for a low fee. They kept me informed every step of the way.
Best of all, they noticed the original item had a stain in the fabric so they arranged an exchange and sent me a perfect one instead. They really went above and beyond! Recommend 100%!

After searching high and low online for Studio Ghibli tickets, I randomly came across Bridge.jpn - and thanks goodness I did!
Ordered two tickets for September, and they were super efficient and helpful - they picked up my tickets and delivered to my hotel in Tokyo for my arrival.
