I used Bridge for a pre-order and it was so easy! My item was on it's way to me the day after it released in Japan and the charges were much lower than expected for a service of this quality.
I'd highly recommend this service to others & I can't wait to use it again myself.

we had bridge japan purchase our ghibli museum tickets for the family, when tickets were sold out and they managed to get the tickets on the day we wanted. We have received email all the time with all information we requested and tracking information for the post to out hotel in japan. Everything was professionally done, highly recommended.
