I can't recommend Bridge.jpn enough; no matter how complicated my request they always give me accurate advice. I had an urgent requirement this morning to pay for some concert tickets I'd reserved with a strict deadline. I contacted Bridge.jpn and explained the problem; within a couple of hours they had settled the payment on my behalf and sent me all of the receipts I needed to complete the transaction. Their professional staff make everything very easy.

Was planning for my first ever trip to Japan and decided to buy 8 tickets from BridGe.jpn (4 to Ghibli and 4 to Fujiko F Fujio). Within minutes of pressing the reserve button, they emailed me just to tell me that the ticket counter is closing and payment has to be made as soon as possible for faster delivery. And they did just that, the tickets arrived less than 18 days as stated and overall, I am VERY satisfied with their service. Will definitely trade again if required.

Ghibli museum tickets get sold out unbelievably quickly. Within 6 hours of the sales opening date, all the tickets were sold out. (The museum opens its tickets for sale on the 10th of each month.).

My friend in Japan cannot buy tickets at Lawson because they were all sold out on the date that I was going to attend.
This service saved me. They manage to get two tickets through their connections. The customer service replied very quickly and are very specific and polite. It is also not over priced.

I highly recommend this for people who will attend Ghibli museum and cannot buy tickets at Lawson in time.
