Exceptionally prompt and flexible service, with a friendly and fluent assistant keeping you updated as and when there are any developments. The ticket I sought to buy had to be sourced locally in person in Japan and was one of which would typically sell out within minutes, but Bridge.jpn went the extra mile for me. This was my first time using the service and it's safe to say all my expectations were easily exceeded. An easy recommendation.

Fast and great service. Bridge.jpn able to help us to get the last tickets for the Glibli Studio after the day the tickets has been sold out in official website. The price is reasonable and lower compare to other site. Highly recommended for anyone who not able to get their Glibli Studio tickets.

It was our first trip to Tokyo and we had planned for a visit to the Eorzea Cafe. Knowing that the place is going to be fully-booked in an instant, we went ahead to reserve our tickets online. To our surprise, we were given 3 days to collect the tickets or our reservation would be cancelled.

We immediately contacted Bridge.jpn for a special request. The chances of us getting a ticket was low since we had to wait for others to cancel their tickets before we could get in. However, within just 2 hours and communicating entirely through emails, Bridge.jpn was able to secure a pair of tickets for us to Eorzea. They even mailed the tickets to the hotel we were staying before we arrived in Tokyo!

We had a blast at the cafe and it would not have been possible, if not for Bridge.jpn. We would highly recommend this service to anyone who will be travelling to Japan and wants to reserve tickets in advance.

First engage your service for ghibli tickets in 2013. Very good communication and fast response. Inquire, confirmed, paid, ticket received before I fly out.
Again in 2015, engage your service for some exhibition tickets which you got it in very fast and mailed out. Painless communication !!!
Lastly, I would like to commend BJ on their professionalism and honesty. Due to poor command of my Japanese, I thought I needed BJ to get a concert ticket. But it turned out after some checks by them, I could buy it myself and they duly told me so. Thumbs up for doing business the right way !!!
