Received great service, very quick and thorough responses and the fee is really fair. On the day i sent payment, they proceeded to buy and send the tickets my way the same day! I would recommend this over any other service provider!

I was so lucky to have found this website!
I bought my Ghibli museum tickets from here and they manage to get hold of them for me even though the tickets were sold out everywhere else (I even checked Lawson- official sale channel in japan). Plus, they do not overcharge for their service and it's reliable!
I was sceptical at first, worrying about making payment and not receiving my tickets... BUT! my emails exchange with them was prompt and they are reliable! I received my tickets within the week in Australia!

I am very happy with their services and I will be recommending my friends to utilize their service too!

Fantastic service all around! They were very helpful in securing the best museum tickets and made sure that they arrived ahead of time. We weren't 100% sure about the dates we would be in Japan, where we would be staying and how we would get the delivery, but they were very understanding and communicated very well to ensure that we would have no problem getting the tickets anyway.
