Prompt response and effective communication. Very pleasant experience. Purchase Studio Ghilbli tickets from them and received 2 days after they emailed me.

Bridge is so quick in response, gives clear explanations & provides assurance that they will pull all stops to assist us in getting the Ghibli tickets as we only have one date & time choice due to our short stopover and it's the peak season! :) We received the tickets in less than 3 days via post once the tickets are opened for sales in Japan - such efficiency!

Fantastic service all around! They were very helpful in securing the best museum tickets and made sure that they arrived ahead of time. We weren't 100% sure about the dates we would be in Japan, where we would be staying and how we would get the delivery, but they were very understanding and communicated very well to ensure that we would have no problem getting the tickets anyway.

We were trying our best to get tickets to the Ghibli museum, and couldn't get one at Lawson's on our previous two trips :(. This time round we tried asking our hotels to buy them for us, but all cited that they rather avoid the problems associated with concierge services like this... Thank goodness for bridge jpn, who helped us secure tickets and mailed it to us in *4* days (ems).
