Bridge.jpn offers unbelievably fantastic, customer-oriented service!! A couple of friends and I were /very/ late in deciding to purchase Ghibli tickets to visit the museum during Japan's peak visiting season in December. I wasn't at all expecting to get the tickets since they were completely sold out. But, not only did Bridge manage to get all /5/ tickets mailed out to us within a week, the tickets were for our first choice in date and time too -- amazing! Thank you guys!

The communication was fuss-free and the team is very accommodating. They charge only reasonable fees. Do trust their service, I couldn't recommend them to you enough.

Got Ghibli tickets through them. Very efficient, considerate and excellent communication. I thought postage to Australia might be ok, since I was leaving for Japan late in the same month, but told them to contact me if they thought it might not make it, and we'd organise to send it to my accommodation in Tokyo instead. Which is what we ended up doing.

I had difficulty getting tickets to the Gibli museum and kids were super disappointed but the bridgejpn team were so efficient and have managed to secure tickets for us v quickly. Everything was perfect! We were looking for tickets for Ghilbi museum last min and they were sold out and super expensive at other websites. Bridge provided excellent service and was very fast in responding to my questions and concerns. Fees were also reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I bought my Ghibli museum tickets from here and they manage to get hold of them for me even though the tickets were sold out everywhere else (I even checked Lawson- official sale channel in japan). Plus, they do not overcharge for their service and it's reliable!
I was sceptical at first, worrying about making payment and not receiving my tickets... BUT! my emails exchange with them was prompt and they are reliable! I received my tickets within the week in Australia!
