we had bridge japan purchase our ghibli museum tickets for the family, when tickets were sold out and they managed to get the tickets on the day we wanted. We have received email all the time with all information we requested and tracking information for the post to out hotel in japan. Everything was professionally done, highly recommended. Kids enjoyed ghibli museum :)
