Prompt and efficient replies, got my item delivered within a week :)

When I discovered that the international allocation for Studio Ghibli tickets had been sold out, I was very sad, but looked to find another way to get tickets for my trip to Japan. Thankfully someone told me about Bridge.jpn so I emailed my request knowing that it was going to be hard to get tickets for the days I was in Tokyo.
They responded quickly and clearly with easy to follow instructions and advice. They warned it might be hard to get my tickets, but they still managed to get some for me. I am so grateful for this wonderful service.

I sometimes use proxy from my own country to buy things that can't be directly shipping to my address but I want to try to use proxy from another country for the first time and the service turned out to be the best of all aspects.
Things I want to buy are mostly sold out in every site I can reach so I do not really have my hopes high because if the proxy that I normally would have, they would have said no to me. Bridge is an exception though they tried their best to get the things I want to the point that I feel really grateful to them and the prices for their services really reasonable to me. Shipping also comes just in a week. I think it was definitely one of the best proxies you will get, will use their service again if I had to order something.

I used BridGe to purchase a ticket for Ghibli Museum. Their customer service was friendly and very helpful. They were able to secure a ticket on a peak day even though I was very late. All in all a fantastic service and I'll be sure to recommend BridGe to travelers around me.
