After trying to find tickets to the Ghibli museum on several websites and being repeated told that they were all sold out I'm happy to report that bridge.jpn quickly found me the ticket I needed. Their replies were quick, honest, and provided a lot of detail. Definitely pleased with the service.

Very meticulous & helpful staff. Completed my fairly complex request perfectly. Even fixed the packaging of one item that they noticed was moving in its box. Will definitively be using their services again

I recently used their special request service and bridge replies very quickly and they are very friendly. Thanks to them, I got a limited item that sold out within minutes. 10/10 would definitely use their service again if I need something.
Just be sure to check your junk mail if it's your first time using them because their emails ended up in my junk box the first time I tried and by the time I saw it, it was too late.
