I have been to quite a few other sites and bought from them, most sites will charge you an absorbent amount to import anything, there's a few out there with very good prices, but not only did I get amazing customer service, they actually saved me almost 10,000yen over what I was planning to and ready to pay, so needless to say I am extremely happy with my shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back to BridGe.jpn for all my shopping needs.

They could find tickets for me while the official representative of the museum in Germany said everything is sold out. Unlike other agencies, they only take a minimal service fee so you do not have to pay 3 times the ticket price. Their communication was very clear, effective and processing very quick and reliable.

I am grateful and can recommend them to anyone.

I'm from Singapore and it's super hard to get tickets to Ghibli Museum from here. JTB sells it here but they will only sell if you book your tour or accommodation through them. I chanced upon Bridge Japan and like all others, the fee is so much more palatable than many other portals!
