Bridge .jpn is a fantastic resource for getting things at special events in Japan thousands of miles away. Having them shop for you is the next best thing, I'm certain, to living in Tokyo and being able to get these event items yourself. They go above and beyond in making sure they get exactly what you want, often sending pictures to make sure if you'd like other variants of items or if you'd like to adjust your budget in order to get other available items. And they work hard to get the free gifts and miscellaneous flyers, posters, etc. given out at concerts and other events as well as your requested items, and pack and ship everything perfectly. Thanks very much for your great service; I will continue to send requests!!!

Nice Tickets Purchasing Service with reasonable service charge.

When the tickets are sold out on all other platforms (including other agents) Bridge managed to get a ticket for me! Especially during the golden week in Japan. Thumbs up!!! And as i submitted my request really last minute, they could not deliver the ticket via normal post, Bridge used an alternative method that was more costly (which they absorbed on my behalf) to make sure i received the tickets in time. Such customer oriented service, I couldnt thank Bridge enough! Thank you for giving my first solo trip to Japan such a great start! and by the way, I really enjoyed the doraemon museum, its a disneyland for doraemon fans!

Bridge.jpn.com helped us to get Ghibli tickets that were sold out already 3 month in advance in all the Nordic countries! The communication from their side was very fast and all the instructions were very clear. The fee for the service was very reasonable and definately much much cheeper then other popular sites that provide similar service.
