I submitted a request for tickets to see an art exhibit and the Ghibli Museum and I was quickly responded to and kindly guided on all of my options, even offering the most economical approach. Their service fee was very reasonable and I look forward to using their services again.

I feel very happy that they could find tickets for me while the official representative of the museum said everything is sold out.

This is my third time using Bridge.jpn service, but the first time for ticket purchase. I have been to quite a few other sites and bought from them, most sites will charge you an absorbent amount to import anything, there's a few out there with very good prices, but not only did I get amazing customer service, they actually saved me almost 10,000yen over what I was planning to and ready to pay, so needless to say I am extremely happy with my shopping experience. Unlike other agencies, they only take a minimal service fee so you do not have to pay 3 times the ticket price. Their communication was very clear, effective and processing very quick and reliable.
