My entire experience with Bridge Japan was excellent. I had found guitar pedal online that was only available for shipping within Japan, and the store only took methods of payment that are not available to me (bank transfer/ convenience store pay). I was going to give up on the product; then, I discovered Bridge Japan. They were very helpful and responded to my inquiries quickly. Like other people who commented, I was really impressed with Bridge Japan's customer service and efficiency! By the time we decided to go to Japan in December, we found out that we could only go to Ghibli Museum on Dec 27 because of our tight schedule and the museums's holiday shut-down. We tried several ways to get tickets and almost gave up until we reached out to Bridge Japan. At first we're told that all the tickets were sold out but they would help us keep track of the tickets in case there's any cancellation. Luckily, we got notified the next day that the tickets are available and it's even at a time we most desired!! :) Thank you Bridge Japan!! I would definitely recommend your service to the others!

I found out about Ghibli only about 1 week ago when my Singapore girlfriends informed they relied on their Japanese friends to get the tickets for them. When I read some blogs how difficult it is to get the tickets when one is outside Japan and how tickets can be purchased from Bridge, I tried my luck. It's my first time to Japan, and I'm kind of late to buy Ghibli tickets, I submit my inquiry, ask questions, and wow, they said the tickets are sold out, but if I want they can track the tickets so it may pop up..
