I highly recommend their ticket purchase service. Very fast replies and easy to communicate by email. I bought Ghibli tickets through them, paid by paypal, and the tickets were safely posted to my friend in Malaysia.

Submitted my inquiry on 1st April for Ghibli museum ticket, they got back to me real quick on the following day. I thought the impossible when I contacted this service for METROCK tickets. They helped me through the lottery, public sales AND auctions for these tickets and through it all (many, many emails), they managed to purchase tickets for me.
