I ordered a couple of items from the Disney Store in Japan since they have many items exclusive to Japan. I am SO IMPRESSED with Bridge! They were super friendly and fast! I just got my items and they are beautiful! I can't believe how fast they arrived! I'll be shopping again!

Great service! I just ordered Fujiko and Ghibli tickets and paid them on Friday (10 April '15) and expect to came by a week but today (Monday - 13 April 2015) the package was arrived! Very quick! And bridge.jpn has quick and nice response on email! highly recommend them!! THANK YOU!!!

Bridge.jpn provides an outstanding service to us on reserving Ghibli tickets which is a bit hard to obtain from outside Japan. Always respond our email in prompt time. Very recommended!

I thought I had given myself enough time to secure Ghibli Museum tickets for my trip in early April, but Lawson was sold out long in advance. Bridge bailed me out and got them for the exact timeslot I requested, and without the significant price gauging of others offering a similar service, so I was very lucky to find them.

Thanks to Bridge Japan, my husband and I were able to visit the Ghibli museum. Everything was sold out during our trip since early April is a popular time, but they told us something may open up if there are cancellations. Sure enough, they managed to get us tickets. I received them super quick, too - they were mailed out on a Friday and they arrived to our home in the UK the following Monday. Highly recommend them.
