Unlike most purchases here , I requested for bridge.jpn service to reserve a special kind of movie ticket . Not only did they respond fairly quickly to my unconventional request , they also helped by telling me of a cheaper alternative . I would return to bridge.jpn for future ticket purchases , not to mention the service fees are reasonable too.

Both JTB and the Hilton concierge said the Ghibli museum tickets were sold out for the day I wanted. However, Bridge.jpn came through in buying them and were very prompt in communicating with me. Shipping from Japan, through US customs, to my house took 10 days. Highly recommended!
