I don't usually leave reviews of any sort but I got so impressed with Bridge.Jpn that I'll make an exception. Was pretty desperate to get my hands on tickets for a concert that could only be picked up over the counter with a deadline.and decided to take a leap of faith with Bridge.Jpn after seeing positive reviews elsewhere about them. Correspondence was quick and professional, and I had the tickets sitting on my table in under 5 days from start to finish. Thanks Bridge.Jpn, you've earned a fan and I'll be back for more!

This is my first time using this service. I purchased some Ghibli museum tickets for overseas shipping and were satisfied with the entire process. They kept me up to date and answered questions before/after the purchase.

The process couldn't have gone better. The website reservations opened up, you reserve a payment request, and then they'd purchase the ticket on your behalf. If they're unable to get one of your three desired times, you get a refund.

We had the tickets shipped over to the US and the wait was not long at all. They gave us a tracking # and it arrived within 2 weeks.

I would not hesitate to use their services again. Kudos!

I was looking for tickets ahead of time to a high-demand café, and the Lawson site would not take any of my credit cards. Other sites like Voyagin were asking for high fees per ticket, but Bridge.jpn was reasonable and quick to respond to my e-mails. I just got my tickets in 5 days after shipment. Domo arigatou gozaimashita!

I used Bridge to help get tickets to an idol show, specifically Discovery Idol Depot 4th Anniversary on the 15th September 2019. It was a stressful period losing out on lottery sales but they stuck with me until the very end and we had the tickets confirmed. These guys won't give up on you!

Be aware though, tickets for shows are sold to Japanese residents mostly for a reason. If you can't speak Japanese expect a few issues but you will get in and you will enjoy the show. Don't be surprised if you're the only foreigner also!

I used the service to get some concerttickets for my japan journey. I'm glad that they helped me out, because it's hard to buy tickets, if you live outside Japan. They were very fast and I received the tickets within a week.

Bridge Jpn are going to make my first trek to japan a memorable one. At first it seemed like I wouldn’t get to see a band that I like, but they pulled through and got the ticket for me and now I’m counting down the days till my trip and the concert.
