We ordered tickets for the Ghibli museum. At our request we received them at our Hotel. Really efficient service and a team available, we are satisfied.

I couldn't buy the concert ticket all by myself and I am really happy when i received email from Bridge.jpn that they manage to purchased it for me despite it being a general release and selling like hotcakes. Not to mention the communication as well as the efficiency is superb. Definitely going to use this service again.

Quick and efficient service! Bridge.jpn helped me pay for Animelo Summer Live (Anisama) 2019 tickets that I'd won through the blu-ray lottery. This was my first time using an international service to purchase tickets for a concert being held in Japan and I must say Bridge.jpn has been so amazing throughout the whole experience.
