Service Review Form

After doing some research (a bit late in the game, honestly), I discovered this site to purchase concert tickets. I discovered it only a few days before the tickets were to go on sale, so I was pretty worried that they wouldn't get back to me in time or anything.

Thankfully, they didn't take any longer than the two days noted in the email! And communication was smooth afterwards (of course, time zones made it a little difficult, but there was still good communication). They took a 2nd and 3rd choice just in case they were unable to purchase my 1st choice to be thorough, and then once I paid them, the waiting began. I got notice on Ticket day that they were able to get my first choice~

Now I'm waiting to acquire my tickets from the mail... *stares at mailbox*

Maybe this story was too much for a review, but that all is just meant to say that I had a good experience with bridge.jpn, and I would definitely come to them again to use their services :)

The one thing I should say is that I wasn't doing a ton of price checking against other sites, so I'm not sure if the service fee was expensive or not, and the mailing of tickets also had to be paid by me, but I don't mind so much. I think a lot of other sites ask for similar fees to be paid to them.

I had used a few agents to help purchase concert tickets before and this is the first time using Bridge.jpn. I was presently surprised by their prompt responses and fluent English communication. They seemed to understand the mindset of a fan and made effort to buy ticket on time when sales start. They also provided English translation for any Japanese wordings on the tickets. I am pleased with my transactions with them and will no doubt seek their help again in future.

Could not recommend Bridge.jpn's service enough. I was responsible for our group of 4 to purchase Studio Ghibli tickets for our Japan trip at the end of March/beginning of April. I was initially going to proceed with purchasing them by myself, but after doing some research online, it seems that my group picked one of the busiest times to go, and getting tickets to the museum might be difficult (esp. at a 10 am time slot). I came across Bridge.jpn through one of the reddit Japan travel threads, and so I got in touch with Bridge.jpn for their assistance. Their team has been the most helpful communicating pricing/shipping times, and their agent fees are very reasonable compared to other services I came across (JTB, etc.). Ordered/paid tickets on Sunday, received tickets by Thursday (same week) - talk about efficiency! Thanks so much again, Bridge.jpn team!

I purchased tickets for an upcoming trip through Bridge.jpn and highly recommend them to others. They were fast and helpful, and cheaper than other similar services/companies. They were also willing to hold the tickets and mail them to my hotel a few days before my arrival, unlike other companies who will only post them straight away so you get an international insured shipping fee rather than a domestic one.

Bridge.jpn checked in multiple times with me to keep me updated on the status of my order and its mailing. I would happily use them again, and recommend their services to others.

I found out the hard way how difficult it is to buy Japanese concert tickets outside of Japan and just when I thought I was out of luck, Bridge.jpn saved the day. I found them through a reddit thread with great things to say about them and I’m glad I decided to buy with them. They were super quick in responding to my request and their quotes are very reasonable. Not having done anything like trying to attend concerts in Japan before, I read a lot about the difficulty to get tickets for foreigners. I stumbled upon the service here on another website and decided to give them a try. They made it super simple, letting me know exactly what they will do to get the tickets and how much exactly it'll cost. Even adjusted the price lower when it worked out easier for them.
