The extremely nice people here at Bridge helped make my trip to Japan possible. The only thing justifying my trip to Japan was the ability to attend the Castle Of Cagliostro 40th anniversary concert. After desperately trying to buy tickets myself, which was pretty much impossible without a Japanese address, I found Bridge. The site had been suggested on Reddit by idol fans. I was very lucky to find them. After emailing back and forth there was no hiccups at all and they were able to get me tickets! I found their fees extremely reasonable and the tickets arrived super quick! Now I'm coming to Japan and its thanks to them! I'd definitely use this service again!

Amazing service. I was worried we wouldn't get tickets for the Ghibli museum during our visit next month, but we paid a little more than regular admission (But still cheaper than the overseas tickets you get 3 months prior, I don't think you can even get those in the US anymore). Anyway it was completely worth it. We received them in the mail a few days later. Quick and efficient. I would definitely use this website again. Thanks!

Such a great service. The process was so easy and completely stress free. It costs maybe 3 times the admission cost, but it is a very small price to pay for not having to sit at my computer at a specific time while the ticket website crashes while you nervously wonder if you'll get a ticket at the time you want.

I highly recommend Bridge.jpn for any customers abroad having difficulties with purchasing tickets for events in Japan. Their response was very quick to return my inquiry and communication was pleasant & easy. Transactions through PayPal were smooth & safe. The service fee is very reasonable for the service & the best deal among the competitors. They even notified me they would send the package to the nearest post office as it was a safer alternative to sending it to the hostel. Also, they were able to help me with getting a ticket for one concert that required a lottery system, which can sometimes be impossible for people outside the country to enter.
