I couldn't buy the concert ticket all by myself and I am really happy when i received email from Bridge.jpn that they manage to purchased it for me despite it being a general release and selling like hotcakes. Not to mention the communication as well as the efficiency is superb. Definitely going to use this service again.

Bridge.jpn's ticket purchasing service is dope. It's tough to buy concert tickets off services like e+ and pia for non residents.

The agents that assisted me were very professional. My tickets came in neatly sealed plastic. Mad props to the team.

Quick and efficient service! Bridge.jpn helped me pay for Animelo Summer Live (Anisama) 2019 tickets that I'd won through the blu-ray lottery. They provided prompt service even though I needed to pay for the tickets within a couple of days, including the weekend. This was my first time using an international service to purchase tickets for a concert being held in Japan and I must say Bridge.jpn has been so amazing throughout the whole experience. They were super quick to answer emails and questions as well as being very friendly and accomodating to our requests. Not only that but they also put in so much effort and thought in their service and this was evident when they offered alternative options (different show time and ticket option for the concert) in the case our first choice could not be attained. Luckily we got the tickets we wanted from the beginning so we're super happy about that. Honestly would use their service again the next time we're in need of something from Japan. After doing some research (a bit late in the game, honestly), I discovered this site to purchase concert tickets. I discovered it only a few days before the tickets were to go on sale, so I was pretty worried that they wouldn't get back to me in time or anything.

Thankfully, they didn't take any longer than the two days noted in the email! And communication was smooth afterwards (of course, time zones made it a little difficult, but there was still good communication). They took a 2nd and 3rd choice just in case they were unable to purchase my 1st choice to be thorough, and then once I paid them, the waiting began. I got notice on Ticket day that they were able to get my first choice~

Now I'm waiting to acquire my tickets from the mail... *stares at mailbox*

Maybe this story was too much for a review, but that all is just meant to say that I had a good experience with bridge.jpn, and I would definitely come to them again to use their services :)

The one thing I should say is that I wasn't doing a ton of price checking against other sites, so I'm not sure if the service fee was expensive or not, and the mailing of tickets also had to be paid by me, but I don't mind so much. I think a lot of other sites ask for similar fees to be paid to them.
