Bride.jpn has terrific communication with the customer. I ordered multiple sets of tickets and they all came very fast and with no hassle. I would highly recommend this service to any foreigners seeking tickets to events in Japan.

I used Bridge.jpn for the first time for ticket purchase. The staff was very helpful in handling the request, and we kept in touch through the entire procedure until the ticket was shipped. The ticket took some more time than expected to be delivered, but this is only the postal service fault (on the Italian side). Prices are very nice, compared to other similar service providers. I will definitely use this service again if needed.

The second and third time, I used them to purchase several tickets for me. They gave me the best options for which tickets to purchase and sent me a quote based on that.
