Had a custom order wedding band set ordered through them because the rings we wanted were delivered to Japan addresses only.

Bridge.jpn was VERY careful and considerate in all aspects of the order. They always updated us as they received any information from the jeweler and even asked for permission to inspect the items before shipping them to us. I'd gladly recommend them and use their services again in the future.

I know many of you are looking for ways to purchase concert tickets in Japan. Bridge.jpn is the place you seek. During our transaction I lost access to my e-mail account and they bent over backwards contacting me and sending the previous information to my new account. In addition they had my tickets delivered to the Hotel I was staying at, and the parcel arrived a few days before I did. The whole time Bridge.jpn kept me informed on what was happening from receiving my payment, purchasing the tickets and delivery. The interactions was very customer focused and kind. I can't recommend them enough if you're not well versed in Japanese, have no clue how to purchase tickets on your own, and don't want to pay a ridiculous amount to ticket brokers. Bridge.jpn's rates are very reasonable.

So, if you're heading to Japan, and you want to see a concert, don't think twice about going through this wonderful company.

I cannot believe how good this company is! I had bought plane tickets and booked my hotel thinking I'll buy the concert tickets last (they were still on sale). But I found it impossible to buy them! I am a helpless foreigner who wanted to take a trip to Japan just to see some bands i really like. Bridge.jpn was one of a few companies i found, but many others make you choose the concerts from a list, which only included the most popular bands. Bridge.jpn just asks for an email with links to all the details about the concerts.

They were extremely helpful. I created some unique problems by staying at a capsule hotel (no room means my mail could be stolen). They found a post office conveniently close by to me, and gave me some text to show the postal workers since I cannot speak Japanese. The whole process was breezy.
