I was a bit hesitant to use the service, but after reading all the great reviews I decided to go ahead and am very glad I did. I had been trying to get two Ghiblhi museum tickets for June but they had sold out. After trying unsuccessfully to use the japanese version of the lawson ticket website I found a recommendation for this website. I recieved an email reply within 40 minutes and they were very helpful in providing me with info about which time slots would be possible and alternatives. I recieved my tickets within just 5 days of them being posted, and they kept me up to date with when they were posting them and tracking number.
I have already recommended to a friend who is in the same situation, and would definitely use the service again. Thanks Bridge.jpn!

I didn't manage to buy tickets for the Ghibli museum as they sold out immediately for all of June. I turned to Bridge.jpn for assistance to get two tickets for early June (right after the museum re-opens after a 10-day maintenance so it's even busier than usual!). They replied swiftly and told me they could not get tickets right now, but would try to get some nonetheless (with a full refund in case they don't manage to get them). It didn't look good and I was prepared for coming up with a different activity for the day. But Bridge.jpn exceeded all of my expectations as I received an email three days later confirming tickets for my first choice of date and time, and they will make sure the tickets are safely delivered to my hotel. I cannot recommend this service enough!

A month ago, I saw that one of my favorite musical artists, Yuki Kajiura, would be holding a concert in Japan over the summer. Knowing that I would be in Japan at the time, there was no way that I would miss that opportunity. Being in the US, however, I was at a loss as to how to buy a ticket to the show directly. Thanks to a brief online search, I was able to come across Bridge's proxy service, which included obtaining and transferring concert tickets to international shoppers. After a detailed discussion over e-mail, Bridge was able to obtain a ticket to the Kajiura concert via a lottery. Not only do I appreciate them taking the time to place multiple entries in the lottery, but to also send me a picture of the ticket as soon as they were able to pick it up. Bridge's clear method of communication, along with the transparency in their services and knowing which product you're getting, makes them one of the best proxy services I've used yet. Definitely go to them if you have the opportunity to see a show in Japan!

I did not manage to buy Ghibli museum tickets through the official Lawson website for April 2019 and I was very stressed that on the rest of web-pages the tickets were more than 100 euro each! Thanks to Bridge.jpn I got the tickets at a decent price and delivered to our hotel. The process is transparent and you can see every step in it, therefore, I was not worried that it may not be trustworthy and I was right in that.
