I was in a rush to pay for a digital ticket that I had won in a pre selection lottery and was worried that I would not be able to get the ticket within the three day deadline. I contacted Bridge.jpn and from the moment I contacted them to the moment I had my purchase completed for me was less than 24 hours. It probably would have been faster if I hadn't slept thorough their work hours and sent them my messages after my own work hours. Incredibly impressed and will tell my friends about the great service.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service and I mean that wholeheartedly. I "won" tickets in a BTS concert lottery and had very little time to pay for them and BridgeJpn handled the ticket purchasing fast and efficiently. I have never purchased tickets in a different country or in a lottery like this and I had no idea what I was "getting myself into", to be honest. BrideJpn really guided me through the whole process and made sure I knew whatever step came next and answered every question I had, for which I am grateful. When it was time to pick the tickets up (a couple months later) all I had to do was give them my accommodation info and my tickets we waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel.
