Such a great service. The process was so easy and completely stress free. It costs maybe 3 times the admission cost, but it is a very small price to pay for not having to sit at my computer at a specific time while the ticket website crashes while you nervously wonder if you'll get a ticket at the time you want.

I highly recommend Bridge.jpn for any customers abroad having difficulties with purchasing tickets for events in Japan. Their response was very quick to return my inquiry and communication was pleasant & easy. Transactions through PayPal were smooth & safe. The service fee is very reasonable for the service & the best deal among the competitors. They even notified me they would send the package to the nearest post office as it was a safer alternative to sending it to the hostel. Also, they were able to help me with getting a ticket for one concert that required a lottery system, which can sometimes be impossible for people outside the country to enter. For my last Trip to Japan I planed to attend a few Concerts and a Rock Festival in Japan. Bridge jpn buyed for me all the demanded Tickets with a reasonable service fee. What I like most about the service, is that bridge jpn was really honest about estimated chances for each ticket, because honestly, trying to get japanese concerts as a foreigner through a third party buyer is in my opinion comparable to gambling. You have at least to pay the service fee and don´t know if they company manage to buy the tickets in the end. (Which is of course a risk you have to take as fan of j-music) For example I was sending a inquiry for a special after show event to different similiar services, and other companys would told me that it´s not possible to buy those tickets for me for different reasons (ID Check, no chances because to famous artist etc.). But bridge jpn said there would be at least a slim chance and they can try if I would like to try it and in the end they could buy tickets! So the informed me as a customer honestly about the risk, but where sucessfull in the end. Also the answered all my other questions concerned to the tickets. So in my experience from my two last trips bridge japan seems to be the best on the market when it´s about getting japan concert tickets as a foreigner.

Everything from Communication to Easy of Use was perfect, and I highly recommend using Bridge Jpn in future. I will certainly be using them again in the near future!
