Could not recommend Bridge.jpn's service enough. I was responsible for our group of 4 to purchase Studio Ghibli tickets for our Japan trip at the end of March/beginning of April. I was initially going to proceed with purchasing them by myself, but after doing some research online, it seems that my group picked one of the busiest times to go, and getting tickets to the museum might be difficult (esp. at a 10 am time slot). I came across Bridge.jpn through one of the reddit Japan travel threads, and so I got in touch with Bridge.jpn for their assistance. Their team has been the most helpful communicating pricing/shipping times, and their agent fees are very reasonable compared to other services I came across (JTB, etc.). Ordered/paid tickets on Sunday, received tickets by Thursday (same week) - talk about efficiency! Thanks so much again, Bridge.jpn team!

I purchased tickets for an upcoming trip through Bridge.jpn and highly recommend them to others. They were fast and helpful, and cheaper than other similar services/companies. They were also willing to hold the tickets and mail them to my hotel a few days before my arrival, unlike other companies who will only post them straight away so you get an international insured shipping fee rather than a domestic one.

Bridge.jpn checked in multiple times with me to keep me updated on the status of my order and its mailing. I would happily use them again, and recommend their services to others.

I found out the hard way how difficult it is to buy Japanese concert tickets outside of Japan and just when I thought I was out of luck, Bridge.jpn saved the day. I found them through a reddit thread with great things to say about them and I’m glad I decided to buy with them. They were super quick in responding to my request and their quotes are very reasonable. My tickets were purchased and sent out the day after my request and I couldn’t have been happier with their service! Not having done anything like trying to attend concerts in Japan before, I read a lot about the difficulty to get tickets for foreigners. I stumbled upon the service here on another website and decided to give them a try. They made it super simple, letting me know exactly what they will do to get the tickets and how much exactly it'll cost. Even adjusted the price lower when it worked out easier for them. Communications were all in clear and concise English with fast turnaround. I was able to get both concerts' tickets I'm looking for, with very reasonable price to boot. I'll definitely utilize them again when i need to do concerts in Japan again.

I was in a rush to pay for a digital ticket that I had won in a pre selection lottery and was worried that I would not be able to get the ticket within the three day deadline. I contacted Bridge.jpn and from the moment I contacted them to the moment I had my purchase completed for me was less than 24 hours. It probably would have been faster if I hadn't slept thorough their work hours and sent them my messages after my own work hours. Incredibly impressed and will tell my friends about the great service.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service and I mean that wholeheartedly. I "won" tickets in a BTS concert lottery and had very little time to pay for them and BridgeJpn handled the ticket purchasing fast and efficiently. I have never purchased tickets in a different country or in a lottery like this and I had no idea what I was "getting myself into", to be honest. BrideJpn really guided me through the whole process and made sure I knew whatever step came next and answered every question I had, for which I am grateful. When it was time to pick the tickets up (a couple months later) all I had to do was give them my accommodation info and my tickets we waiting for me when I arrived at my hotel. I am so appreciative of BridgeJpn and I would and have recommended them to anyone wanting to do something like but is not sure they can "pull it off". It was truly simple and, as cliche as it sounds, if I can do it so can you.
