I was in a rush to pay for a digital ticket that I had won in a pre selection lottery and was worried that I would not be able to get the ticket within the three day deadline. I contacted Bridge.jpn and from the moment I contacted them to the moment I had my purchase completed for me was less than 24 hours. It probably would have been faster if I hadn't slept thorough their work hours and sent them my messages after my own work hours. Incredibly impressed and will tell my friends about the great service.

I couldn't have asked for better customer service and I mean that wholeheartedly. I "won" tickets in a BTS concert lottery and had very little time to pay for them and BridgeJpn handled the ticket purchasing fast and efficiently. I know many of you are looking for ways to purchase concert tickets in Japan. Bridge.jpn is the place you seek. During our transaction I lost access to my e-mail account and they bent over backwards contacting me and sending the previous information to my new account. In addition they had my tickets delivered to the Hotel I was staying at, and the parcel arrived a few days before I did. The whole time Bridge.jpn kept me informed on what was happening from receiving my payment, purchasing the tickets and delivery. The interactions was very customer focused and kind. I can't recommend them enough if you're not well versed in Japanese, have no clue how to purchase tickets on your own, and don't want to pay a ridiculous amount to ticket brokers.
