I cannot believe how good this company is! I had bought plane tickets and booked my hotel thinking I'll buy the concert tickets last (they were still on sale). But I found it impossible to buy them! After a reading a couple of blogs I found Bridge.Jpn and WOW! WOW! WOW! Fast response, quick, friendly fast help. Unbelievable. Not had service like this for anything in a long time. Will definitely be using them again!

The staff was incredibly helpful. They were able to secure my tickets to studio ghibli and were very pleasant and helpful through the whole process. I will definitely be using them again!

I am a helpless foreigner who wanted to take a trip to Japan just to see some bands i really like. Bridge.jpn was one of a few companies i found, but many others make you choose the concerts from a list, which only included the most popular bands. Bridge.jpn just asks for an email with links to all the details about the concerts.

They were extremely helpful. I created some unique problems by staying at a capsule hotel (no room means my mail could be stolen). They found a post office conveniently close by to me, and gave me some text to show the postal workers since I cannot speak Japanese. The whole process was breezy.

I wanted tickets for an event where the tickets were already sold out. The tickets went on sale not too much before the actual event so there wasn't much time to obtain tickets but Bridge.jpn came through big time, helping me purchase the tickets through a 3rd party vendor.
